Tracy Flint is an accomplished HR professional with 15+ years of experience. As the Founder and CEO of Heart for HR, LLC, a boutique HR consulting firm, she is dedicated to assisting small businesses and start-ups in optimizing their HR departments. Heart for HR offers a broad range of consulting, training and assistance geared toward improving HR processes and services, reducing costs, consolidating systems, providing better controls and aligning services with business strategies. Prior to starting her own consulting firm, Ms. Flint was Director of Human Resources at a privately held healthcare information technology company with a remote multi-state workforce. As their first employee in an HR leadership role, she established the company’s HR function and built out their HR department. Prior to establishing the HR function, Ms. Flint was the Business Operations Manager responsible for leading business operation functions, establishing company culture and driving the organization’s initiatives and growth. Ms. Flint also serves on the Board of the National Association for African Americans in HR (NAAAHR) as the VP, Administration. She is a member of the Women Business Enterprise Center (WBEC). She is also a member of Toastmasters International and The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and have served as a volunteer on planning committee for Philly SHRM Symposiums. Ms. Flint earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a SHRM certified professional.
